Structure:
Round posts manufactured from 75mm diameter aluminium tubes on base plates. Cast aluminium collars and base covers.
Roof:
The frame comprises of 3 or 5 curved aluminium profile arcs, two aluminium crossbeams 40x60mm and two aluminium profile rainwater gutters.
The canopy is manufactured from 6mm translucent anti-UV cellular polycarbonate glazing. The canopy is inserted into the gutters and between arcs.
Side cladding and back cladding:
Shatter-resistant toughened 8mm safety glass with EC safety standard etching on the glass. Fixed by cast aluminium clamping device making for easy replacement ofm the safety glass in the event of vandalism.
Advertising and Information display:
A side cladding panel may be replaced by a double sided poster case.
- Double sided poster case model 2000 (non-illuminated)
2000 poster cases are manufactured in 75mm profile aluminium featuring cast aluminium corners and zinc electro plated steel backboard. The doors have 2 tamper proof locks, wear resistant and warp proof integrated hinges which create a double watertight seal wth the frame. For ease of use they have raising doors on gas struts, which enable the replacement of the door in the event of vandalism without having to remove the case.
The glazing is 4mm tempered shatterproof glass
Poster dimensions being H 1760 x W 1210mm
Different from a poster case, a light box has back lighting and internal partitions to which the posters are attached 20mm from the glazing, by self blocking friction clips
Light boxes are manufactured in 150mm profile aluminium with cast aluminium corners. The doors have 2 tamper proof locks, wear resistant and warp proof intergrated hinges which create a double watertight seal with the frame. For ease of use they have raising doors on gas struts, which enable the replacement of the door in the event of vandalism without having to remove the light box. The glazing is 4mm tempered shatterproof glass. Partitions are in 3mm white light diffusing polycarbonate. EC approved lighting by 58w florescent tubes with ballast (factory installed)

Timetable notice board:
All the PROCITY bus shelters are supplied complete with a timetable notice board. Silver anodised 30mm profile aluminium with zing electro plated steel backboard. The doors have a tamper proof lock, wear resistant and warp proof integrated hinges which create a double watertight seal with the frame. Shock UV resistant plexishoc glazing.
